This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted for purchases made on Brainbeesconsulting Store.

Because our store offers both digital products (ebooks) and physical products, different return conditions apply depending on the product type.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital content, ebooks are generally non-refundable once the file has been successfully downloaded or accessed.

However, we will assist customers in the following situations.

  • The ebook file cannot be downloaded

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete

  • The ebook delivered is different from the product description

  • The ebook is provided in the wrong language

In these cases, customers should contact our support team and we will provide a replacement download link or send the ebook file directly via email if necessary.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The ebook has already been successfully downloaded or accessed

  • The customer accidentally purchases the same ebook multiple times

  • The order contains multiple quantities of the same ebook

  • The customer changes their mind after completing the purchase

Because ebook delivery is automatic, customers should carefully review their order before completing payment.

After placing an order, please allow 5–10 minutes for the download email to arrive.
Customers can also download the ebook directly from the Order Confirmation page (Order Received) or from their account order history.

2. Physical Product Returns

Physical products may be eligible for return under the following conditions.

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is returned with original packaging and accessories (if applicable)
