3. Counter-Notification

If a valid counter-notification is received, the removed content may be restored unless the original complainant files a court action within the legally required timeframe.

4. Repeat Infringers

Brainbeesconsulting Store may, at its sole discretion, terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe copyright or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Misrepresentation

Submitting false or misleading claims of infringement or false counter-notifications may result in legal liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under applicable law.
