Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer


3. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, including applicable shipping costs


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your PayPal or bank account again

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a chargeback or dispute.
Unresolved or fraudulent disputes may result in account or service suspension.
